NON RETURNABLE ITEMS
Earrings, Gift Cards, Credit Notes and Vouchers are non returnable items

We endeavor to ensure our site is as accurate as possible when it comes to product descriptions, styles, stock levels and pricing. However on rare occasions errors may occur and we may not be able to fulfill certain products due to these errors.
We understand that sometimes, an items purchased online, isn't quiet right. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt. Once your goods are received by us and are approved to be returned to stock, you will be issued with a refund within 7 working days. This is not applicable to sale items, see 'Sale Items' section for more details.
In order to process your returns we ask that you contact us by email before returning your item(s).
All refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment.
Sale Items - Sale items can be returned to us within 14 days for a full refund. Sale item with a discount of 50% or more are non refundable or returnable.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights
We recommend that you obtain proof of delivery for your returns as we are not liable for goods lost in transit.

IN STORE RETURNS
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase in our SHOOZZ store, you can return it within 14 days of purchase in its original condition and packaging for an exchange or credit note only. The box including any labels should not be defaced or damaged in anyway. All goods must be accompanied with proof of purchase.
Sale Items - We do not accept any returns on all sale items purchased in store. This does not affect your statutory rights.
